These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Summit Solutions HQ LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Missouri limited liability company. By accessing our website at https://summitsolutionshq.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Summit Solutions HQ LLC provides AI-powered automation solutions, web development, and digital marketing services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: missed call text-back automation, AI chatbot integration, workflow automation, web development, and consulting.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Setup fees are due prior to service activation. Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. Late payments may result in service suspension.
For qualifying automation services, if the service does not pay for itself within 90 days of activation, the client may request a full refund of monthly subscription fees paid during that period. Setup fees are non-refundable. Specific guarantee terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.
All automation workflows, custom configurations, and proprietary systems developed by Summit Solutions HQ LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Solutions HQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding balances. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these Terms are violated.
By engaging with our automated systems, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for assistance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis, Missouri.
